I uploaded the scorm package to cloud scorm, but when I launched the package, even though I had viewed all the slides, scorm cloud still said it was not completed.

In SmartTutor 360, when publish to HTML5 or LMS, on last slide, you have to activate the auto advance so that the project could complete.
Or
clear check in Pause the course to wait user input
