GIF image always has a background

Problem: I added a transparent GIF to a project but the GIF always has a background. Please advise how i can fix this.

OS: Windows 11 Home

Hi Zuniw

It seems that you have imported the GIF via Insert Video.
Please insert it again using Image (Insert > Picture) to solve the problem.
